We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff exceeded our expectations, providing excellent service throughout our entire stay. The room was spotless and the air conditioning was very effective, keeping us cool even on the hottest day. We were delighted with the food at the hotel restaurant, which was truly excellent.

The hotel was located right in front of a beautiful square, giving us easy access to the city's main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information. the hotel offered high-quality food at a reasonable price, which was a great advantage.
The hotel lacked modern decoration and architecture. some of the facilities were outdated and could use some renovation.

This hotel is centrally located with easy access to various places around the town. Rooms are clean with a beautiful bathroom and high standard service. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options including pastries, yoghurts, cereals, fruit salad, ham. Staff is very kind and always ready to help. Plus, the casino and spa facilities are an advantage.
Though the hotel staff are known to be helpful, some customers have had a few issues with the room service, particularly in regards to outside of regular hours.

Comfortable Stay, Prime Location & Friendly Staff
The hotel we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the coffee machines available in the lobby. The breakfast served at the hotel was good, with a variety of options. The gym was clean and fully equipped as well.
There was no room service available. the air conditioning was loud and disturbed our sleep on some nights.
